EducationUniversity at Buffalo - Bachelors, Neurobiology, Psychology
ExperienceI graduated from the University of Buffalo with a bachelor's degree in neuroscience and psychology. I work as a teacher's assistant for Forensic Osteology and Comparative Primate Anatomy at the university and also privately tutor some physiology courses. I strive to help students not only learn the subjects but also enjoy the learning process. In addition to tutoring the different life sciences, I can help you with writing, literature, grammar, psychology, and Spanish. I can help you overcome a difficulty or help you prepare for tests to enter or graduate from college. I struggled while in school myself. It took some time for me to figure out how to study efficiently so I could learn what I needed to know instead of just being able to recite facts from a book. I want to help you understand what it is you are studying so that you can apply it to future classes and then to problems you come across in life. Currently, I work at Roswell Park Cancer Institute researching Immunological Oncology in addition to working as an emergency technician at a hospital's trauma center and as a pharmacy technician. In my free time, I like to play rugby, do some weightlifting, cook, and read.
